Setup flow
Simple first-use workflow, with backup first.
A hardware wallet is only as safe as the backup process. Fenistry setup guidance focuses on careful recovery phrase handling before the device is used for meaningful balances.
Unbox and inspect
Check the package, device, and accessories. Contact support before setup if anything looks opened, damaged, or inconsistent.
Create a new wallet
Initialize the device in a private setting and allow the device to create a new recovery phrase.
Write the backup
Write the recovery phrase on the provided cards or another offline backup medium. Do not photograph or type it into internet-connected devices.
Connect supported apps
Use supported wallet applications to view balances and prepare actions while keeping final approval on the hardware device.
